    At the door, they tap the button. The phone reads its location, and the server measures the distance and opens the session.

    On site

    During the shift, the phone gets a location check at random moments, and one tap shares the location. If no location arrives, the manager’s board shows “no signal”.

    I’m leaving

    The session closes and the time is saved. A forgotten session closes itself after 14 hours and goes to a manager for review.

How billing works

Who counts as a person?
Active managers and employees. Owners, and anyone you have paused or archived, do not count.
What happens when I add someone mid-month?
On monthly billing, the remaining days go on your next invoice and nothing is charged now. On yearly billing, the rest of the year is charged when you add them.
What happens when I remove someone?
You have already paid for them until the end of the period, and that is not refunded. Your next invoice is lower.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly billing renews each month and yearly billing each year, until you cancel.

Location only while on the clock

Location is read between “I entered” and “I’m leaving”, never before or after. Raw location reports are deleted after 90 days.
